Information on the processing of your personal data

Once you have completed and forwarded your form, the data-processing company BBL INVEST (24 rue Gay-Lussac, 75005 Paris, France), will collect your personal information.

In practice this means that the data will be processed by the BBL INVEST information technology department and forwarded to the relevant agency and/or department.

Our different departments process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes according to the case:

• to review your application for employment and assess pre-contract conditions.
• to establish a relationship for conducting business with an agency in our group.
• to draw up a quotation before concluding a contract.
• to take note of your opinion of our company.

Once the personal information collected is no longer needed for carrying out that purpose, the processing of data will cease and personal information collected will be deleted. 

Our data bases are stored in a Data Center in Paris, France, which meets legal security requirements.

None of your personal information can be released without your knowledge, nor can it be traded, sold or transferred in any format to any third parties, either in exchange for payment or free of charge.

All and any persons in the different departments who may have access to your personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations not to disclose any information whatsoever concerning you outside the BBL Group.

Information on your rights regarding the processing of data

You have the following rights over the processing of your personal information:

• the right to access your personal information that we have collected;  if we have in fact processed your personal data, we will forward a copy of the data.
• the right to rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

• the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive your personal data in a structured format and to request that the data be transmitted to another controller when it is technically possible to do so.

To exercise your rights, the contact form below must be completed so that your request can be forwarded to the data controller who will respond within a maximum of one (1) month, replying to the email address you have provided.
